You can rest assured that we'll keep your purchases safe until they've reached you - promise! Your order is insured against theft and accidental damage during delivery. Once your purchases have been delivered to the specified address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

Duygu Ay Collection is not responsible, and cannot be held liable if your front door loses the item due to negligence or theft.

Please note that our parcels normally arrive in the destination country within 48 hours and any delays in delivery are due to the destination country being unable to process their items quickly. This is out of our control and we do advise customers to check the tracking information sent to them regularly so they know when to expect delivery of their item or to contact the relevant customs authority within their country to make payment of duties and taxes.

Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.

We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am till 4:00 pm CET. The merchandise will be ready for dispatch 1-2 business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest.

PO Boxes

As we’re unable to ship to forwarding addresses or PO Boxes, including Aramex, make sure you select a residential or business address for delivery.

Items require signature on delivery and if no one is available the item will be left at the nearest post office.

Delivery Processing Time

Before we can send your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We'll do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted.

While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping timeframe.

We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of delays to our international customers. However, we are not responsible for any custom clearance delays.

On despatch of any item, the customer will receive an automated email alert generated by DHL advising that their parcel has been scanned into the postal system and is in transit.

If you entered an incorrect address during checkout, we are not accountable nor liable for any delay in transit/delivery times, nor if the item does not arrive to you.


Please note that delays may occur in some countries due to customs processing. We cannot control the amount of time a specific country takes to process a customer order and backlogs do regularly occur in some countries such as Australia, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, adverse weather, power outages, delays within a country of destination, loss of internet services, etc.). All colours of products are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.

Please note: when a parcel is delivered to the destination country, that country is responsible for the delivery. Duygu Ay Collection is not responsible, and cannot be held liable if the postal service of the destination country fails to deliver on time or loses the item due to negligence or theft.


The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please ensure you familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. These duties are charged once an order reaches its destination (delivery country). Cost of duties will vary widely from country to country and cannot be predicted by Duygu Ay Collection. All charges are levied by the local government agency and no margin or profit is taken by Duygu Ay Collection. We recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering to avoid any unforeseen charges.
We strongly recommend 'tracking' be purchased for all returns as we will not be held liable if your item is not received.
Please note that if you are returning items to us from an international location a Customs Declaration form must be completed and placed on the package. It is also very important that you label the items as 'returned goods'. Failure to do so will result in the package being held in customs with charges applied for customs duty. The parcel will not be released and forwarded to us unless YOU the customer pays these fees. 

PLEASE NOTE: To comply with Turkish export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
We do not provide 'return labels'. Customers must return their items for refund or exchange at their own expense.
Customers are provided with tracking email alerts on despatch of their order and are responsible for tracking their items. Duygu Ay Collection is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.
Shipping charges are non refundable unless the item is faulty.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT to cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by e-mail, using the details provided. We will refund all monies paid using the original method received.

We are a small business so please allow 1-2 days for our team to process and dispatch your order, and an additional 3-5 days if you have requested custom embroidery. If you require urgent delivery, do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our very best to arrange for you.

We accept order returns provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed with tags attached.

Refunds or exchanges will only be offered if the items are returned within 14 days of the customer receiving the order.

Yes, all international orders will be sent via our shipping partners DHL & UPS.

Open notify me on the product page and leave your email. When the product is back in stock, you will receive a notification email that the product is available again.

All corsets should be only dry cleaned.


There is a time limit, 15 minutes after completing your order.

It can take up to 10 working days depending on your bank/ credit card company. This is out of our control and we are not able to speed up this process.

  • We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
  • The item you ordered may have been out of stock.
